10 Signs You Should Keep Your Job
I received this from our VP of Professional Development and it got me thinking about a situation that I was facing when deciding to leave my job and look for the proverbial greener grass. I eventually based my decision on two factors. One, the ridiculous amount of money I was making was not worth sacrificing my personal happiness and, two, my father always told me, “if you do not enjoy your job then it is time to move on.”
Needless to say the value of my personal happiness far outweighed my craving for steak and lobster twice a week. It’s all about being happy. If you love your job enough that you would do it for free, then you will always be able to put in that extra effort.
